From loan signings to fingerprinting, I offer a full range of mobile services designed to meet you where you are.
Notary Services
Whether you need a power of attorney, medical documents, affidavits, or any other important paperwork, there's no need to search for a UPS store or bank during business hours. I travel to your location — at home, your office, or wherever is convenient — at a time that works for you, evenings and weekends included, to get your documents notarized quickly, accurately, and professionally.
Notary Fees:
- $15 per signature - Standard Notary Fee (This price is set by the Department of Justice)
Travel Fees:
- $35 - up to 15 minutes of travel time
- $50 - up to 30 minutes of travel time
- $75 - up to 45 minutes of travel time
- $100 - 45 minutes to an hour
- Over an hour of travel time will be negotiated
Other Services and Fees:
Other services such as copies, forms, oaths, mailing, etc... may be subject to fees.
Certified Loan Signing Agent
Escrow and title companies need a signing agent they can trust to represent their professionalism in the field. As a certified loan signing agent, I handle every signing with precision and care — ensuring all documents are signed, initialed, and returned correctly and on time, so your closings stay on track without costly delays or re-draws.

Getting fingerprinted shouldn't mean taking time off work or waiting in long lines. Whether you're an individual needing fingerprinting for employment, licensing, or a background check, or a business looking to streamline onboarding for your team, I bring certified mobile Live Scan fingerprinting directly to you — fast, accurate, and hassle-free.
Fees
- $99 - California Live Scan (excludes CA CCW)
- $149 - FBI Background Checks

Important Information
Fees for Live Scan fingerprinting include a rolling fee for capturing and transmitting your prints, plus any DOJ and/or FBI processing fees as required by your requesting agency. Please note, these are set by the state and federal government, not by us.
A travel fee may apply for mobile appointments depending on your location.
To complete your fingerprinting, please bring a valid photo ID (see below for acceptable IDs) and your Request for Live Scan form, which is provided by the agency or organization requesting your background check.
Results are submitted electronically and you will not receive a copy or any information regarding the scan.
Acceptable Forms of ID
Primary forms of ID for Fingerprints include:
- CA Drivers License or ID Card
- Out of State Drivers license
A Passport is NOT a primary form of identification for fingerprinting and would require two supplemental forms of ID to go along with it. Please click here to see the list of identification guidelines.
